Warming up before a performance is extremely important, to prepare both the body and the mind. Here's a few cast members getting ready for a show.

Teens in the company can progress from being a member of the chorus to solos and lead parts on up to leading the group during concerts. Here, one of the company members conducts the group in a holiday carol.

Even after graduating from the group, Alumni are often still involved, both with the Company specifically, and in the arts in general. These three alums turned out to support their successors at a holiday concert.
