Auditions

Auditions for the Young People's Teen Musical Theatre Company will be held Wednesday, May 12 and Friday, May 14, from 4pm to 7pm and Sunday, May 16, from 1pm to 5pm at the Harvey Milk Center, 50 Scott Street (near Duboce -- Muni: J Church or 24 Divisadero). Teen Singers, Dancers, and Actors are encouraged to audition. Classes in Vocal Lab, Jazz, Tap and Acting Workshop will be given to all participants.

Workshop participants will have the opportunity to perform in the production of the musical City of Angels, to be presented July 30 through August 8 at the Josephine Randall Museum,

A possible second production may be scheduled if an available performance venue can be identified.

Rehearsals and classes for the workshop are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, from 1-5pm (June 30 - August 16). The fee for the seven week workshop will be $140. Partial and full scholarships will be available. No one accepted will be turned away because of financial need.
