Peter's Foreign Car Service
Located on Taraval Street, this garage offers both auto repair and a
classic visage. The large, sans-serif letters call up images of the
big swoopy roadsters and saloons like early jaguars, the big healeys,
and, of course, Rolls-Royces and Mercedez-Benzes.
I'm not sure how far back this signage dates, but it seems
reminiscent of the 30's or 40's. The wording is green, on an off-
white background, a pleasing combination in itself. The elipses are
especially delightful.
