The state of California allows vehicle owners
to select a personalized license plate
for their vehicles.
These plates allow owners to express
their individuality through an otherwise
commonplace vehicle.
This individuality can reflect anything,
the owner's career, their personal philosophy,
their hobbies, and their weaknesses.
Many in my circle of friends have chosen
to express themselves in this way.

of family and close friends
lie the friends
I don't get to see often enough.
I think about them often,
and hope they understand
that if I had
more time or less responsibilities,
we would get together
more frequently.
As it is,
I see them around,
and keep them close to my heart,
grateful
for their patience, understanding,
and true friendship.
